About the role
Application
A leading digital assets and fintech organisation is seeking a B2B Events Manager to own and scale its global events programme. This is a highly commercial role focused on using events as a lead generation engine rather than a branding exercise.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the full event lifecycle, from identifying the right conferences and designing high-impact owned events to capturing qualified leads and driving measurable pipeline outcomes. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership teams, you will ensure every event delivers clear business value and contributes directly to growth objectives.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, thrives in fast-paced environments, and takes ownership of results without requiring close supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Take technical ownership of the company’s iOS platform and engineering roadmap.
Design, develop, test, and release production iOS features using Swift.
Build and maintain interfaces using UIKit and SwiftUI.
Make architectural decisions using appropriate patterns such as MVVM, VIPER, Clean Architecture, or comparable approaches.
Establish coding standards, pull-request practices, testing expectations, and engineering guidelines.
Own and improve iOS CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Fastlane, Xcode Cloud, or GitLab CI/CD.
Manage the complete App Store release lifecycle, including provisioning, certificates, TestFlight, submission, review, and release management.
Mentor junior and mid-level iOS engineers through code reviews, pairing, feedback, and technical guidance.
Work closely with Product, Design, Backend Engineering, and QA teams.
Contribute to API design, feature scoping, testing processes, and release planning.
Integrate REST APIs, WebSockets, authentication services, KYC providers, and payment technologies.
Build secure mobile functionality using Keychain, Secure Enclave, biometric authentication, certificate pinning, and jailbreak detection.
Investigate and resolve application performance, memory-management, stability, and production issues.
Use monitoring, profiling, and static-analysis tools to continuously improve application quality.
Lead the technical response to iOS incidents and ensure issues are driven through to resolution.
