About the Role
We are looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join a growing engineering team and work directly with the CTO and senior engineering leadership.
This role requires engineers who are genuinely full-stack and capable of designing databases, building backend services, developing polished frontend experiences, and deploying production-ready applications.
During the first few months, you will focus on implementing new AI model integrations, improving platform reliability, and contributing across the entire product stack. As you become more familiar with the platform, you will take ownership of increasingly strategic engineering initiatives.
Engineers are also encouraged to engage with customers, participate in technical discussions, and represent the company at industry events when appropriate.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy full-stack product features using modern TypeScript technologies.
Build scalable backend services and RESTful APIs with authentication, validation, and robust error handling.
Develop responsive frontend applications using React and modern UI frameworks.
Implement and maintain integrations with AI models and inference providers.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve platform issues using customer feedback and engineering best practices.
Design and optimise PostgreSQL schemas and database performance.
Build automated testing across unit, integration, and end-to-end environments.
Containerise and deploy services using Docker and modern CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate closely with engineering leadership to continuously improve the platform architecture.

Required Experience and Skills
Must Have
3–4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
Production experience building React applications.
Experience with Next.js and modern frontend tooling.
Backend development experience using Fastify or comparable frameworks.
Strong PostgreSQL knowledge, including schema design and query optimisation.
Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment.
Experience implementing secure authentication using JWT or OAuth.
Strong software testing practices across unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with Kysely, Drizzle ORM, or other type-safe ORMs.
Experience with Redis.
Knowledge of Nginx, reverse proxies, SSL, and networking.
Experience with Turborepo, Nx, or monorepo tooling.
Experience building SaaS or multi-tenant platforms.
Previous experience working on AI or LLM-based products.
