A leading global fintech company operating in the payments and digital assets sector - are seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to own and scale profitable customer acquisition across global markets. This role is responsible for driving measurable revenue growth through paid acquisition channels, with a primary focus on increasing verified user acquisition, transaction volume, and overall business performance.
Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, the successful candidate will take ownership of the company's performance marketing strategy and execution across multiple channels, managing substantial advertising budgets while building scalable acquisition systems. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who combines strategic thinking with deep operational expertise in performance marketing, analytics, attribution, and growth optimisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Own performance marketing strategy and execution across Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, DSPs, Apple Search Ads, Telegram, and emerging acquisition channels.
Manage and optimise multi-million-dollar advertising budgets across global markets.
Drive user acquisition, KYC-approved registrations, transaction volume, and revenue growth.
Build and optimise acquisition funnels from click through registration, verification, first transaction, and retention.
Develop attribution frameworks and growth models to improve marketing efficiency and budget allocation.
Partner with Product, Data, Compliance, and Creative teams to improve conversion performance and customer acquisition outcomes.
Lead and manage external agencies and marketing contractors.
Implement testing frameworks across audiences, creatives, landing pages, and geographic markets.
Deliver regular reporting on CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention, cohort performance, and profitability.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in performance marketing.
Minimum 2+ years of experience within cryptocurrency, digital assets, forex, or regulated fintech environments.
Proven success scaling paid acquisition campaigns across multiple geographic markets.
Strong hands-on expertise across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and programmatic advertising platforms.
Experience managing substantial marketing budgets and driving measurable revenue growth.
Deep understanding of attribution methodologies, analytics, and performance measurement.
Strong data analysis skills using platforms such as GA4, Appsflyer, Mixpanel, Looker, or similar tools.
Experience managing agencies, contractors, or internal marketing teams.
Strong understanding of privacy frameworks and advertising compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and commercial decision-making skills.
Preferred Experience:
Crypto exchange, trading platform, wallet, or digital asset acquisition experience.
Experience with Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), incrementality testing, and SKAN.
B2B demand generation and account-based marketing campaigns.
AI-driven campaign optimisation, creative testing, and automation.
Landing page optimisation, CRO, and experimentation frameworks.
Experience building and scaling in-house performance marketing functions.
