About the Company
A fast-growing FinTech/BaaS platform scaling our card issuance and embedded finance solutions. As we deepen our partnership with global tech leaders, we’re building a dedicated team to manage premium card programs, including those integrated with the Apple ecosystem.
The Role
We are looking for a mid-to-senior professional who has directly worked inside Apple Australia (or closely with Apple’s partner operations team) and has hands-on experience in:
BIN sponsorship management
Card art / card face (review & approval)
Apple Partner Hub operations and compliance
You will bridge our internal card program team and Apple’s partner requirements, ensuring our card products meet Apple’s branding, security, and user experience standards
Key Responsibilities
BIN Sponsorship & Card Program Management
Manage end-to-end BIN sponsor relationships (especially for programs that integrate with Apple Pay / Apple Wallet).
Ensure compliance with scheme rules (Visa/Mastercard) and Apple’s additional requirements for tokenized card credentials.
Card Art & Design Review
Lead the review and approval process for card face designs, ensuring they meet Apple’s strict brand, legal, and usability guidelines for cards added to Apple Wallet.
Coordinate with internal design, legal, and risk teams to pre-validate card art before submission via Apple Partner Hub.
Apple Partner Hub Operations
Act as the primary point of contact for all Apple Partner Hub workflows – including program submissions, template management, and version control of card metadata.
Manage ongoing compliance, audit requests, and periodic recertifications from Apple.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work with product, engineering, and compliance teams to maintain live card programs in the Apple ecosystem.
Track changes to Apple’s partner policies and proactively adjust internal processes.
What You Bring (Must-Haves)
Direct experience at Apple Australia (or in a role where you regularly submitted to / managed Apple Partner Hub for a FinTech or issuing bank).
Hands-on experience with BIN sponsorship for consumer or commercial prepaid/credit card programs.
Proven track record of card art – you know exactly what Apple requires for card face approval, including common rejection reasons and how to avoid them.
Deep familiarity with Apple Partner Hub – submitting card templates, managing multiregion card programs, and responding to Apple review feedback.
Based in Australia and eligible to work full-time.
Nice to Have
Existing relationships with BIN sponsors (e.g., regional banks or payments processors) in Australia.
Experience with tokenization (DPAN provisioning, lifecycle management for Apple Pay).
Mandarin language skills (for cross-region collaboration with APAC teams but not required).
Why Join US
Work at the intersection of FinTech and the Apple ecosystem.
Competitive salary + equity.
Fully remote within Australia or hybrid (Sydney/Melbourne).
Be the in-house Apple expert – your decisions directly impact millions of card users
