About the Role
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join the core product engineering team and build AI-powered software used daily by legal professionals around the world.
This role sits at the centre of the engineering organisation and is responsible for designing, building, and shipping production software across web, desktop, and mobile platforms.
Engineers work directly with customers to understand business challenges, prototype AI-powered workflows, and deliver production-ready solutions at high velocity.
The ideal candidate is a product-minded, full-stack engineer who enjoys solving complex technical problems while collaborating closely with customers and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop AI-powered products that transform legal workflows.
Work directly with customers to understand requirements and translate business problems into technical solutions.
Prototype and integrate AI solutions, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines.
Build and deploy production software across web, desktop, and mobile applications.
Develop backend services using Go and serverless AWS infrastructure.
Build frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices and team culture.
Ship production code multiple times each day within a fast-paced engineering environment.

Required Experience and Skills
Must Have
2–5 years of software engineering experience within high-growth startups or leading technology companies.
Strong full-stack software engineering experience.
Hands-on experience with AWS, Go, React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
Strong product mindset with high ownership.
Comfortable working directly with customers.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Computer Science degree from a leading university.
Nice to Have
Production experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines.
Experience designing and deploying serverless architectures.
