Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain Technical Requirements Documents (TRDs), Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), and UML sequence diagrams.

• Translate business needs into clear and actionable technical requirements.

• Manage and prioritise product backlogs.

• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint-ready specifications.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and compliance teams.

• Participate in API and integration discussions.

• Conduct process mapping and gap analysis.

• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress.

• Identify delivery risks and proactively drive solutions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or Senior Product Owner.

• Experience within fintech, payments, banking technology, or another regulated industry.

• Strong TRD, BRD, and UML documentation skills.

• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and Swagger/OpenAPI documentation.

• Experience managing product backlogs and delivery lifecycles.

• Knowledge of payment systems, PSP integrations, and payment flows.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred Experience:

• Cryptocurrency or blockchain products.

• Payment orchestration and routing logic.

• API-first platform products.

• MiCA, VASP, or PCI DSS familiarity.

• Alternative payment methods including SEPA, SWIFT, and bank transfers.

• CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or equivalent certifications.est
