Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage partnerships with card issuing merchants, fintech, affiliates, mediabuyers, Web3 projects, crypto exchanges, forex platforms, and cross-border trading firms.

• Conduct international business negotiations, partnership discussions, and commercial deal structuring with global clients and strategic partners.

• Represent the company at major industry conferences, expos, and networking events worldwide to strengthen business relationships and identify new opportunities.

• Collaborate with internal teams (compliance, technology, and operations) to ensure seamless partner onboarding and sustained growth.

• Maintain in-depth understanding of the card issuing, crypto payments, and card acquiring, and identify emerging market trends and opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development within fintech, payments, or crypto.

• Strong understanding of card acquiring, card issuing, and on/off-ramp payment models.

• Experience with affiliate marketing or media-buying payments is a plus.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).

• Self-motivated, accountable, and capable of operating independently in a fast-moving global environment.

• Willingness to travel internationally for meetings and conferences.
